Delicious Creamy Chocolate Cake


Ingredients:

4oz Softened Butter
4oz Sugar
6oz Self Raising Flour
3 Eggs
1 Desert Spoon of Cocoa Powder

Instructions:

1) Whisk the butter and sugar together until creamy and its changed to a light creamy colour.
2) Add the eggs, one at a time and mix well in between so that your mixture is light and fluffy.
3) Add the cocoa powder and mix well.
4) Now add the flour in, you can do it all at once or in parts, either way will do...
5) Continue to whisk until the mixture becomes light and creamy.

Now divide the mixture between 2 six inch non stick cake tins and flatten down so that the mixture reaches the sides.
Place in the over on Gas mark 7 for approx 20 minutes.

Once removed, take them from their tins and let them cool. Now prepare the filling.

Ingredients:
3oz Butter
Icing sugar (I never say how much here because everyone likes different amounts, so keep adding until you're happy with the taste). 
1 desert spoon of cream

Instructions:
Mix the three ingredients together and spread over one cake, then place the second cake on top.

Chocolate Topping:
Melt 9 squares of cooking chocolate and spread this onto the top of the cake, then sprinkle with chocolate shavings or whatever it is that you have at hand or like to use!
