Raspberry & Lemon Ice-Cream

Remember the Raspberry juice from the raspberry turnovers, I didn't waste it, it's perfect for making Raspberry & Lemon Ice-Cream.


In a bowl, add 4 large scoops of Vanilla ice-cream, to this add a quarter cup of fresh pouring cream and the juice of half a lemon and then add the Raspberry juice in. Stir well until soft and creamy.

Scoop the ice-cream back into a bowl or fancy dishes and return to the freezer. When ready to eat, add a few Raspberries on top and serve next to the Raspberry turnovers. This is very refreshing and so darn good, you'll want another scoop!
