Succulent Pork Chops

These are so easy to make. Place the chops into a nonstick dish, then add salt and pepper, add extra seasonings to your taste with a little olive oil. Place them in the oven on Gas mark 5 for 40 minutes, turning halfway through.

I cook my tomatoes in the microwave, for one minute as Ray loves them not quite soft. next, boil the potatoes (I used tinned ones here) and add some butter once they're on the plate. Heat the peas and add butter to these too!

I know Ray will enjoy his tea tonight, as this is one of his favorite dishes.
