Shortbread Icy Buns


These are so easy and taste supper delicious. 

Ingredients:

175g Icing Sugar
225g Soft Butter
2 tsp Vanilla
1 Egg
1 tbsp of Baking Powder
420g Plain Flour



Bake on Gas mark 7 until golden brown. Your buns will look something like this, they are spongy on the inside and crispy on the outside!

Butter Icing:

50g Soft Butter
2 Cups of Icing Sugar (add more if you think it needs it)
Grated Chocolate

When your buns are completely cool, add the butter icing and sandwich two buns together, press until the icing reaches the edges and then roll them in the grated chocolate and sieve a little icing sugar over the top.

Icing Sugar to dust.
