Delicious English Chilli Con Carne
Ingredients:

500g Lean Mince Beef
1 x Red Bell Pepper
1 x Onion
2 x Garlic Cloves or 1 x tsp Garlic puree
1 x tsp of Cumin
1 x Tin Chopped Tomatoes
1 x Tin Red Kidney Beans
2 x Dark Chocolate Squares (Yes I mean chocolate lol)
1 tsp Oregano
1 - 2 tsp Chilli Powder (Depends on your taste)
2 x Tbsp Tomato Puree
1 x Jar of Tomato Sauce (Any will do)
Good pinch of Salt

Instructions:

In a deep frying pan, brown off the mince beef and one by one, add the dry ingredients/flavours. Dice the onions small and it is better to prepare ALL the ingredients first so that you have them on hand to add step by step.

Then start to add all the tinned ingredients and keep stirring well.

Of course you must do your taste tests as you go in order to get the flavour that suits you bests. As you can always add, but remember, you cannot take away!

Leave it to simmer for about 20 minutes stirring now and then to help infuse the flavours. Once cooked, you can serve it with rice or pasta, whichever takes your fancy but I will add here below something my husband loves!

Make some homemade Burgers and in a hot frying pan, brown off the inside of a bun (bread roll/bun) in some olive oil. Place the bottom section of the bun on a plate, add the cooked burger and then a layer of cheese (Ray prefers grated cheese), then spoon on some of the Chilli Con Carne and top with the bun lid. 

Now enjoy because it really does taste delicious...
