Melt In The Mouth Cherry Cookies
Ingredients:
210g Plain Flour
80g Icing Sugar
50g Corn Starch
230g Butter
1tsp Vanilla Essence
Half Cherries
Piping bag (Optional)
Instructions:
Place all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and combine it altogether. You can add a touch of milk if you require the ingredients to be smoother for you piping bag!
I didn't use a bag, I simply used my hands to shape mine! You need to place the mixture onto a baking sheet on a flat tray and and slightly press the cherries into the middles, then bake at Gas mark 7 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
